Full Body 3-Day Split
Great for beginners or those who love full body training! This 12-week program consists of three progressive phases. 1-3 days per week.
Push/Pull/Legs 3-Day Split
One of the best training splits for those who strength train 3 days per week. This program will be comprised of two phases. Weeks 1-6 and weeks 7-12.
Upper/Lower 4-Day Split
This is a 4-day split with two upper body days and two lower body days. You will work through two phases during the 12 weeks.
