About Me

From an early age, my passion for health and athletics blossomed. I was immersed in dirt bike racing and participated in various sports. During high school, I engaged in three sports annually (football, basketball, and track), and even played football at the collegiate level for a couple of years. However, as I realized that pursuing sports professionally wasn't my path, my focus shifted towards my career. This led me to study nutrition and exercise science at the University of Western Carolina, where I graduated in 2015. Subsequently, I undertook an internship with EXOS in Raleigh, NC, which confirmed my calling as a personal trainer, empowering others to maintain their well-being and stay active.

Throughout my personal journey, I discovered that there is always more to learn. The definition of "healthy" varies for each individual, and what works for one person may not be ideal for another. When I started experiencing gut issues at the age of 27, I delved deeper into education while utilizing my personal experiences to assist my clients. This process made me realize that being an exceptional coach and trainer required knowledge beyond just exercise. Nutrition, gut health, lifestyle habits, and recovery are equally vital when pursuing desired results.

Now, in 2023, at the age of 33, I am still committed to learning from industry leaders and have developed an even stronger passion for my work. My ultimate objective is to utilize my expertise to help as many individuals as possible achieve greater health, happiness, and strength. Are you ready to embark on this journey with me?
